Op maandag 19 januari vindt de Third Place Summit plaats in het nieuwe Luxor Theater. Een dag die niet alleen inspiratie biedt, maar je ook concrete inzichten geeft over jouw transitie en strategie naar een derde plek. 

Hoe ben je van betekenis? Wie zijn je stakeholders? Hoe doe je het samen en maak je écht maatschappelijke impact in jouw omgeving? Absolute internationale topsprekers zoals Karen Christensen en Joe Pine nemen je mee op een inspirerende reis die zorgt voor het juiste fundament. Tijdens deze dag behandelen we de drie hoofdpilaren Come, Stay en Grow die leidend zijn bij het realiseren van een derde plek met impact op het gebied van cultuur, welzijn, maatschappij en educatie. 

Een dag vol kennis, praktijkvoorbeelden en netwerkmogelijkheden. Interessant voor culturele en maatschappelijke instellingen, beleidsmakers en fondsen die zich verder willen ontwikkelen of nu echt aan de slag willen met de transitie naar een Third Place. 

Programma

Het programma van de Third Place Summit bestaat uit twee dagdelen. Tijdens het ochtendprogramma benaderen we de Third Place vanuit de drie hoofdpilaren. Iedere hoofdpilaar wordt behandeld door een boeiende spreker. 

Na een uitgebreide lunch met ruimte om gelijkgestemden te ontmoeten is het tijd om het middagprogramma te volgen. Voor iedere hoofdpilaar zijn er twee verschillende break-outs waarbij je in kleine groepen in gesprek kunt gaan met experts en collega’s uit het vak. 

We sluiten we de dag af met een borrel en voldoende stof om over na te praten!

The Third Place Summit will take place on Monday the 19th of January in the nieuwe Luxor Theater. A day full of inspiration and detailed insights into your transition and stratey towards building a third place.

How do you make a difference? Who are your stakeholders? How do you work together and make a real social impact in your community? Leading international speakers, such as Karen Christensen and Joe Pine, will take you on an inspiring journey towards building your own third place. During this day, we will discuss the three main pillars Come, Stay and Grow. These pillars are key to creating a third place that has an impact on arts, well-being, society and education.

Expect loads of new knowledge, practical examples and networking opportunities. Interesting for cultural and social institutions, policymakers and cultural funds that want to develop further or really want to get started with the transition to a third place.

Program

The Third Place Summit programme consists of two parts. During the morning programme, we will approach the Third Place from the perspective of the three main pillars. Each main pillar will be discussed by a fascinating speaker.

After an extensive lunch, with opportunities to meet like-minded people, we will continue with our afternoon programme. For each main pillar, there will be two different break-out sessions where you can discuss different topics with experts and colleagues with similar interests in smaller groups.

We end the day with drinks and a wide range of new talking points to discuss with your fellows!
